The data of prospects is kept for a period of 3 years if no participation or registration for association events has taken place.
The trainers’ data are kept for the duration of the contractual relations increased by 3 years for the purposes of animation and prospecting, without prejudice to the conservation obligations or limitation periods.
In terms of accounting, the data is kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting year.
