Children are very attuned to their capacity to regulate their emotions and they can very easily and quickly learn how to use this natural capacity when in emotional difficulty.

On 20th February, in collaboration with Association Môm’artre, the Tipi Association will present to journalists a new workshop for children aged 5 to 10 years old where they can learn how to use their natural capacity for emotional regulation by themselves.

To mark the event, children who are registered to participate in Wednesday afternoon activities with Association Môm’artre in the 18th district in Paris will be invited to attend the first workshop.

This workshop will be part of the launch of a new children’s book “Même plus peur !” (“Not afraid any more!”) published by Éditions Émotion Forte.

Children will be able to learn how to use their natural capacity for emotional regulation in two ways:

Individually
A 45-minute workshop for children to learn how to use their natural capacity to regulate their emotions in situation (in the moment they experience an unpleasant emotion).

In a group (maximum 10 children)
A one-hour workshop for children to learn how to use their natural capacity to regulate their emotions in situation (in the moment they experience an unpleasant emotion).
