Everybody can regulate their emotions autonomously.

Emotional regulation is about learning how to access sensory memories rather than a therapy that requires in-depth knowledge and extensive technical expertise.

You can learn how to do this in the following ways:

Regulate your emotions ‘in situation’

Individual training
Two x 45 minutes sessions in-person or by Skype to learn how to regulate your emotions ‘in situation’ i.e. the instant the emotional difficulty arises.

Small group workshop or conference
Two x 1 hour group sessions provided free of charge to learn how to regulate your emotions ‘in situation’ i.e. the instant the emotional difficulty arises.

Deferred emotional regulation – regulate unpleasant emotions once they have passed

Individual training
Two x 1 hour sessions.
Available to anyone who has attended an Emotional Freedom for All workshop or who has had an individual session with a qualified professional.

Important note: these trainings are highly personalised and are aimed at making you autonomous in regulating your own emotions. If you would like to train in emotional regulation to support others, go to the following page:  Become a professional.
