Trainings open to all …
In just one hour, in a small group or at a conference, you can learn how to use your natural capacity to regulate your emotions ‘in situation’, in the moment they arise.
The workshops are free of charge, open to everyone and are organised by the Tipi Association across France, Spain, the UK, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, the USA, Canada and Chili, so that anyone who wants to can learn how to regulate their emotions by themselves, autonomously.
Emotional Freedom for All workshops are provided by qualified professionals and take place over two x 1 hour sessions. They are practical and interactive and always include time at the end for questions.
At end of the workshop, each participant will be able to regulate their emotions in situation, in the instant they feel a stressful emotion. The workshop is interactive and uses participants’ real life examples to learn how to use their natural capacity for emotional regulation.
The second session takes place 2-4 weeks after the first session. This gives just enough time for participants to experiment with emotional regulation for themselves and to bring success stories as well any difficulties and obstacles to the next session. The second session also provides important clarifications and additional information.
* The trainers who offer Emotional Freedom for All workshops do so free of charge.
All the Emotional Freedom for All trainings posted on our website are free of charge. You will not be asked for any contribution.
